AUTOMATIC PREPARING APPARATUS FOR POWDER PRODUCT SOLUTION OF VISCOSITY MEASURING TEST LIQUID

PURPOSE:To provide an automatic preparing apparatus for powder product solution of viscosity measuring test liquid, which is the apparatus for supplying the test liquid for measuring the viscosity of the solution of the powder product, automatically dissolves the powder product into solvent and prepares the liquid at the specified concentration. CONSTITUTION:A powder sample is transferred from a sample container 2 into a hopper 6 and discharged from the inside of the hopper 6 by the operation of a vibration driving source 5. An electronic-type discharged-amount measuring meter 4 detects the discharged amount of the powder sample. A dissolving container 12 receives the powder sample discharged from the hopper 6. An electronic balance 13 measures the powder sample in the dissolving container 12. A solvent feeding source 14 injects solvent into the dissolving container 12 containing the powder sample. A device 36 heats and agitates the powder sample and the solvent in the dissolving container 12. This apparatus has these parts. The vibration driving source 5 is operated with a control circuit based on the discharged amount of the powder sample detected with the electronic-type discharged-amount measuring meter 4. The solvent feeding source 14 is operated with the control circuit in accordance with the required amount of the solvent computed with the control circuit based on the measured value of the electronic balance 13.
