PURPOSE: To make a copying wherein the measurement region for individual printing ink is variable, and which is favorable possible in response to a speci fied number of inks to be printed and the necessity of a process by making a second measurement strip be copied together with a selected measurement strips for inks to be printed, when an ink is not printed. CONSTITUTION: When six printing ink adhesions are performed by this control strip, for six inks to be printed, respectively one selected measurement strip MA1.1...MA1.6 is copied together, to corresponding six printing plates. Corresponding with that action, strips MA10.1 are kept unused. Also, since the strips MA7.1...MA10.1 are kept unused in 1 set MA1-10.1 on the strip side, e.g. four strips MA7.2...MA10.2 are selected from a second set MA1-10.2 and respectively two sets of separations are copied to respective printing plates together with the first set of the strips MA1.1...MA4.1. |
