摘要 PURPOSE: To carry out a medical operation easily without need of surgical exposure by making up a manipulator of a head, a handle and a movement transmission means to transmit movement by handle operation and insert the head into a duct cavity in a straight form and engage the head with the duct cavity in a circular arc form. CONSTITUTION: An intraduct manipulator 10 is made up of a head 12, a handle 14 and an axis 16 as a movement transmission means. The axis 16 is mounted on the handle 14 at its proximal end 18 and on the head at its distal end 20. The head 12 and the axis 16 are covered with an elastic sheath 21 to make movement of the head 12 smooth. The axis 16 is divided into multiple longitudinal inner channels. The axis 16 has one pair of cylindrical holes 34, 36 and a fluid connecting tube 33 to connect the handle 14 and the head 12. By operating the handle 14 to make the axis 36 straight, the axis can be inserted easily. The axis 36 is then contacted with a wall of a duct cavity in a circular arc curved form. Thereby, medical treatments such as sampling in a body cavity and therapeutic operation can be carried out easily without any surgical exposure.
