PURPOSE:To ensure the long-term weatherability of a polyethylene heavy corrosion-proof coated, steel material without adding a deterioration inhibitor. CONSTITUTION:A resin layer formed by laminating a colored polyethylene layer with a thickness of 10-200mum containing color pigment on a thick corrosion-proof polyethylene layer containing 0.5wt.% or more of carbon black is applied to the surface of a steel material through an adhesive layer.
