PURPOSE: To increase a slip property by making a holder for holding a material to be inserted into a body cavity from an outer paper layer and a cellophane layer adhered on an outer surface of the paper layer in such a way that the cellophane layer has sufficient waterproof property to maintain its integrality during insertion into the body cavity. CONSTITUTION: A layer contained in a tampon holder 12 is structured from inner layers 24, 26 of woody paper, a bleached craft outer layer 28, and a cellophane layer 30 arranged on an outer tubular surface. Herein, respective layers 24, 26, 28, 30 are made to be adhered with adjacent layers by aqueous adhesives and delaminated when an applicator 10 is immersed in water; thus, the applicator 10 can be treated by washing with water. Thereby, insertion is made easy and a slip property can be improved for an easy use by an user without damaging water-washing property, delaminating property or biodegradability in an inserting device made of paper.
