<p>PURPOSE:To provide an excellent method for preserving freshness suitable for 'chingensai', a kind of Chinese vegetables, obtained in pursuit of a new environment as a means of preserving freshness of said vegetables, based on the behavior associated with said vegetables' freshness preservation, esp. in correlation with oxygen/carbon dioxide concentration. CONSTITUTION:'Chingensai', a kind of Chinese vegetables, is preserved in such an environment as to be >=1.5wt.% in oxygen concentration and >=3.5wt.% in carbon dioxide concentration.</p> |
