PURPOSE:To carry out the continuous manless operation of a dust discharge device regardless of the variation of dust amount to be generated. CONSTITUTION:A dust discharge device comprises a hopper 2 for receiving powdery dust D discharged out of a dust collector 1, a meter 3 for measuring the dust amount in the hopper 2, a dust humidifier 5 for adding the water content of given amount to dust and pelletizing the dust and a dust bag 11. The dust humidifier 5 is provided with a drum 4 for adding the water content to the powdery dust D and a water supply means for supplying water into the drum 4. The drum 4 is rotated by a motor 14 and rotated around an inclined axial center L. The water supply means 20 comprises a water supply line 9 for supplying the water content in the drum 4 and a timer 10 for controlling the water supply amount to the water supply line 9 by the on-off operation of a solenoid valve 12. |
