PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition, having a low hardness, excellent in moldability and abrasion resistance and useful as a foam, etc., by blending a liquid polyurethane prepolymer with water and a thermally expandable microcapsule. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is obtained by blending (A) a liquid polyurethane prepolymer with (B) water and (C) a thermally expandable microcapsule composed of a thermoplastic resin and a gas in an amount of preferably 0.25-1.0 pt.wt. [based on 100 pts.wt. component (A)]. Furthermore, a shaft center unit 2 is coated with a polyurethane foam layer 3 obtained from this composition to afford the objective paper sheet conveying roll 1. |
