PURPOSE:To obtain a polyvinyl chloride-based resin composition good in impact and thermal coloring resistances. CONSTITUTION:This polyvinyl chloride-based resin is obtained by blending a graft copolymer resin prepared by adding an alkali metallic carbonate in or after the graft copolymerization which is a synthetic stage in carrying out the graft copolymerization of a vinylic monomer or a monomer mixture containing methyl methacrylate as an essential component with a butadiene- based rubber polymer latex with a polyvinyl chloride-based resin in one or multi-stage with a polyvinyl chloride-based resin.
