<p>PURPOSE:To provide a new antibody useful as a reagent for enzyme immunoassay of IGFBP-1 and an immunoabsorbent for affinity column chromatography. CONSTITUTION:The anti-IGFBP-1 monoclonal antibody 2-41-5 having a molecular weight of 150,000-200,000 in reduced state (by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in the absence of 2-mercaptoethanol) and 60,000 for heavy chain and 28,000 for light chain in reduced state (in the presence of 2-mercaptoethanol) and immunoglobulin class of mouse IgG2a. It can be produced by culturing mouse hybridoma 2-41-5 (FERM P13337) in a medium and separating from the cultured product.</p> |
