<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the release of metal foil and a resin and to enhance the reliability of compression strength or torsional breaking strength by providing a metal foil layer between fiber reinforced resin layers and forming a large number of holes having wall surfaces at an almost right angle to the main surface of the metal foil. CONSTITUTION:A prepreg 20 containing perforated metal foil can be produced by an arbitrary method but a fiber reinforced composite resin layer 23 is formed at first by impregnating reinforcing fibers 21 with a matrix resin 22 to produce the prepreg and the perforated metal foil 24 is pressed to one surface of the prepreg 20, for example, by a hot press to be bonded (laminated) thereto. This lamination is performed under heating but performed at temp. lower than that at the time of molding and curing within a short time. In this lamination, a resin may be exuded to the other surface of the perforated metal foil.</p> |
