PURPOSE: To provide a method and a device for achieving a visually satisfactory product which high productivity and obtaining a product in which the internal breast surely sticks to the main breast. CONSTITUTION: Concerning the method and device for mechanically providing meat from poultry body, series of processing parts arranged along a conveyer 1 having a holding element 4 for holding a poultry body 58 are used. The processing of poultry body 58 conveyed and surely held by the holding element 4 is performed in order while using a controllable scraping element, stopping element, scraping blade, knife and flaying device for releasing the bind of skeleton 69 and breast in specified order.
