The input signal fixing apparatus includes a lock switch for generating a lock signal, a sample-hold circuit for transmitting a frequency command signal set by a variable resistor to an analog circuit and an analog-to-digital converter or fixing the frequency command signal to a locked state, and first and second latch circuits for transmitting operation/stop and forward rotary/reverse rotary select signals to a digital circuit or maintaining the select signals at the locked state, thereby stably setting a frequency.
