System consisting of a casing in which are included electrical elements formed by a transformer which conveys low-voltage current to a motor which, on its rotational shaft, has a transparent, coloured disc coupled to it, whilst another conduit supplies a lamp located at the vertex of a chromium-plated glass cone to which, at the larger base thereof, is fitted a countercone made from the same material in order to concentrate the beam of light on a small area, located under the rotary disc, so that the beam of light, once coloured, strikes the base of an assembly of optical fibres which, surrounded by a sleeve, conveys the light to its ends which are located in suitable places for achieving the desired underwater illumination without any danger for the voltage branches to the water, since the optical fibres do not transport electrical energy but only light energy. <IMAGE>
