Each blade trough (16) has an edging. At least most of the latter lies, at least approximately, in a common plane. Each trough is bounded by a wall surface from which a section (27), facing the centre bridge piece (12), forms an angle with the common plane in the region of the mouth edge of at least 60 deg.A region of each trough neighbouring the common plane is divided by a deflecting guide element (11), extending in parallel with the separating bridge piece, from a line at a distance from the base of the trough to beyond the trough over the common plane.
