PURPOSE:To lower the irregularity of the signal characteristic within the surface by forming a constitutional layer from the inner side than a recessed part or a projecting part generated when a substrate is detached from an injection molding device. CONSTITUTION:A constitutional layer is provided by a spinner application method to a substrate formed by injection molding. A recessed part or a projecting part 8 is formed at the surface of the substrate inner than a recording area at the side of the constitutional layer. The constitutional layer is formed from the inner side than the recessed part or projecting part 8 generated when the substrate is detached from the injection molding device. At this time, the substrate is formed so that the projecting part due to an air blow clearance of the reading face of the substrate where r=19mm is satisfied is 20mum. An ultraviolet-setting resin is applied in a manner that the reading face of the substrate where r=9.5mm is satisfied becomes a starting point 7 of the application. The film thickness of the resin is 6mum. Accordingly, the film thickness is highly uniform all over the surface of the substrate, and the irregularity within the signal surface is restricted to be low. |
