PURPOSE:To enhance fluidity by mixing ferrite particles, a surface processing agent and pure water with a wet type mixer and dehydrating and filtering the processed slurry by the mixing operation and drying and coagulating the ferrite and then crushing this coagulated ferrite thus obtained. CONSTITUTION:This is a manufacturing method which dehydrates, filters and dries the processed slurry obtained by mixing ferrite particles, a surface processing agent and pure water so as to obtain coagulated ferrite and then crushes the coagulated ferrite. A coupling agent or the like, which chemically bonds the ferrite particles with thermoplastic resin, is adopted for this surface processing agent. It is also acceptable to use fatty acid, fatty acid ester and fatty acid and metal salt as the surface processing agent. A wet type mixer is used when ferrite particles, a surface processing agent and pure water. This construction makes it possible to manufacture surface refining ferrite particles which is excellent in injection molding and provides high inductance. |
