PURPOSE:To provide an electrophotographic device in which the adhesion of toner on a soft roller is prevented even when paper jamming occurs and the back surface of recording paper is prevented from being soiled with the toner. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a photosensitive drum 1 on which the toner adheres corresponding to an electrostatic latent image formed on its surface, the soft roller 19 transferring the toner adhering on the photosensitive drum 1 on the recording paper 14, resist rollers 7 and 8 provided near the roller 19 and directly supplying the recording paper 14 to the roller 19, a sensor 13 detecting the abnormal carrying of the recording paper 14 between the roller 19 and the rollers 7 and 8, and a control part performing abnormality processing operation in the case the sensor 13 detects the abnormal carrying. |
