PURPOSE:To provide a method and a device for processing automatically a transmitted message capable of reducing the complication of processing to be given to the transmitted message by a user at the time of transmission. CONSTITUTION:Plural computer systems 111 to 11n are connected through a communication medium 12, and a rule storage means 27 to store a rule which is applied to a computer network capable of executing message exchange mutually between plural computer systems by electronic mail, and in which a processing condition and processed contents at the time when the processing condition is satisfied are described in conformity with language specification, a control information analyzing means 26 to analyze the control information of transmitted data, an interpreting means 24 to interpret the processing to be executed by collating the analyzed control information and the processing condition with each other, and a processing means 28 to execute the processing corresponding to the processing interpreted by the interpreting means 24 are provided. |
