<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect a precise position of the sun even if an intensity of direct arrival light from the sun in a slight cloud is substantially the same as that of scattered light from the one, by mainly receiving a component of the direct arrival light of the sun to a position detecting device and detecting a position of the center of gravity of the intensity of its light current. CONSTITUTION:A shading film 36 having a pinhole 35 is formed on one surface side of a glass substrate 34, and a non-conversion part 100 is formed on the other surface side, and further a position detecting device 37 having a photoelectric conversion film made of a semiconductor is formed. Light from the sun is made incident on the position detecting device 37 as a spot light H through the pinhole 35. In this case, since most of a component of scattered light mainly made incident on the proximity of an origin O from the zenith direction is directed to the non-conversion part 100, the component is not outputted as a light current.</p> |
