PURPOSE:To provide an insulating coating, which is applied onto a metallic material having a linear shape, a foil shape, a tabular shape or the like and having conductivity and applied onto the surface of the metallic material, used for forming an electrical insulating coating layer, which has excellent adhesive properties with these metallic material and is difficult to the damaged, and made of a synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:An insulating coating is applied onto the surface of a metallic material having conductivity and having a linear shape, a tabular shape or the like and baked to form an electrical insulating layer on a surface, and the 40 to 100 pts.wt. solid matter of organosilica gel acquired by esterifying the surfaces of silica fine powder having mean particle size of 10 to 50mum by primary alcohol or secondary alcohol, the 25 to 40 pts.wt. solid matter of a butylated melamine resin and the 3 to 10 pts.wt. solid matter of methyltri(glycidyloxy)silane are contained in the 100 pts.wt. solid matter of a butyral resin. |
