DYNAMIC RAM

摘要

PURPOSE:To replace a defective cell efficiently in a dynamic RAM in which a double word line system is employed. CONSTITUTION:Cells for replacement of defective cells are provided in exclusive redundancy subarrays 1 and 2 and the subarrays 1 and 2 are given smaller areas than a regular subarray 10 to reduce an area overhead produced by the increase of the replacement unit in a double word line system.
