PURPOSE:To enable the device to independently and simultaneously handle with high resolution the manipulated variables of four elements of the value of amplitude by vibration, ratio of amplitude by vibration, oscillation frequency, and phase difference between two-phase vibrations used for controlling a progressive-wave motor and, at the same time, to constitute the device of the minimum number of electric circuits. CONSTITUTION:Continuous driving frequency signals are generated by dividing the address data of a memory 3 which stores driving period signal patterns into two groups and continuous driving frequency signals are generated by directly connecting the output of a counter 2 which counts the output of an oscillator 1 to lowest-order four bits of each group. Then a pulse width is set by connecting a CPU 5 to the highest-order four bits of each group through a latch, etc. |
