PURPOSE:To prevent the oxidation of a metal film or an alloy film serving as a substrate on which a metal oxide film is formed. CONSTITUTION:In a solar battery, an Al film 202 and a ZnO film 204, both serving as a reflection film, a-Si films 205, 206 and 207, a transparent film 208, and a collecting electrode 209 are formed on a SUS substrate 201. In this solar battery, a Zn film 203 is formed on the Al film 202 that constitutes the reflection film. |
