MOVING PICTURE ANALYSIS AND SYNTHESIS METHOD AND ITS DEVICE

PURPOSE:To faithfully reproduce an edge part whose brightness is suddenly changed as to moving picture information. CONSTITUTION:A moving picture memory 11 records information by plural frames of a moving picture. An information change analysis section 12 executes 3-dimension analysis as to moving picture information. A characteristic point detection section 13 processes the result of analysis to detect a location where a characteristic point is in existence. A characteristic point coding section 14 processes the result of analysis of a pre-stage and expresses a location whether the characteristic point is in existence as a curved face. An information coding section 15 executes the analysis to obtain required information thereby reproducing the inputted moving picture at the characteristic point. An overall coding section 16 encodes output information of the characteristic coding section 14 and a subtractor circuit 15. An overall reproduction section 21 decodes the information. An information reproduction section 22 selects a characteristic point in a 3-dimension space based on the information relating to the position of the reproduced characteristic point and arranges the output information of the information coding section 15. An original picture reproduction section 23 synthesizes the original moving pictures.
