PURPOSE:To make it possible to recognize without operator's judgement whether a change in operational state is caused by operational work or an accident. CONSTITUTION:A power-system monitoring system includes a data latch means 14A for receiving a signal related to an opened or closed state of each breaker or disconnecting switch included in a power system, and a console 15 for displaying the opened or closed state or a change in the state at each breaker or disconnecting switch. Moreover, the power-system monitoring system includes a system recognizing means 14B for judging whether a change in the state at each breaker or disconnecting switch is caused by operational work or not, and a system condition selecting means 14C for selecting whether the console 15 should display the system state judged by the system recognition means 14B or not. |
