<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of part items so as to aim at compactness and low cost. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor laser 1-polarization-controllable in a TE mode and a TM mode is user, and a double reflection prism 4 is disposed in an optical path reaching a measured object 6 from a beam splitter 3. The double reflection prism 4 is different in its reflective index according to the polarized direction of beams, that is, the refractive angles of the beams of passing light differ according to the TE mode and TM mode. The polarizing mode of the semiconductor 1 is thereby switched alternately between the TE and TM modes. As a result, the beams 5a, 5b can scan in such a way as to hold the track of the measured object 6 in between.</p> |
