<p>PURPOSE:To provide the document processor which can improve efficiency for preparation and can execute re-calculation processing required for registra tion or printing as well by omitting unwanted re-calculation processing as much as possible when preparing or registering table calculation data. CONSTITUTION:When a registration key is operated and a matrix address flag AF and an update flag KF are respectively set (S65, S66: Yes) after 'table calculation' is selected in a main menu and data are updated by operating character keys or the like, a message showing the necessity of re-calculation is indicated at one part of a display (S67) and a user selects whether re- calculation is executed or not (S68.) When the execution is selected (S69: Yes,) table calculation processing is executed based on the data of all the calculation formulas inside an input data memory, the result is displayed (S70) and the data inside the input data memory are stored in a table calculation data memory.</p> |
