PURPOSE:To make the dispersion of toner supply amount from a toner supply means to a developing means small and to always keep toner concentration of two-component developer within an allowance. CONSTITUTION:A toner supply device is divided to a 1st toner supply device A supplying toner to a developing device and a 2nd toner supply device B storing the toner, and the device A is provided with a powder surface detecting sensor 103 detecting the powder surface of toner T is provided in a toner container 101. By multiplying the counted number of video possessed by a CPU by a correction factor in accordance with humidity information from a humidity sensor, toner supplying time in which the fluctuation of toner supply amount and toner scattering amount caused by the humidity is corrected is decided, and a 1st motor 104 is driven only for the decided time, and a part of toner in the container 101 is carried and supplied to the developing device. When the powder surface of toner in the container 101 becomes low because of the supply of toner and the sensor 103 detects it, a small amount of toner is supplied from the device B. |
