PURPOSE:To prevent the shaft part of a cylindrical member (photoreceptor drum and the like) from floating by providing a specified positioning release preventing means and moving it between a positioning release preventing position and a release position in accordance with the attachment/detachment of the cylindrical member. CONSTITUTION:At the time of closing a frame body in which a process cartridge 10 is loaded, the U-shaped opening part of a bearing member 21 is aligned with the attaching/detaching direction of a positioning shaft 19, and the shaft 19 is easily fitted in the member 21 (positioning release position). Next, at the time of perfectly closing the frame body, an ejector rod 34 presses down a link bar 30, so that the bar 30 is rotated in a direction shown by an arrow H centering around a supporting shaft 31, and the bearing member 21 with which the bar 30 is coupled is rotated in a direction shown by an arrow D so as to attain the positioning release preventing position. Namely, the upper part of the shaft 19 is covered with the bearing member 21. Therefore, the shaft 19 is prevented from floating from the member 21 by driving force transmitted to the process cartridge 10. |
