<p>PURPOSE:To suppress a sound to be generated at the time of drawing a plunger at a low level by selecting a voltage source of the lowest voltage required for a mode with a control means in response to various modes and impressing it upon the plunger. CONSTITUTION:As to a plunger voltage source 4 for generating the lowest voltage VA for operating an erasing head, a switch A in a voltage changeover means 5 is turned on by a voltage changeover control part 6 only at the time of high speed erasing. Thus, the plunger 2 is impressed with the voltage VA from the plunger voltage source 4 to be operated. Similarly, as to a plunger voltage source 3 for generating the lowest voltage VB for operating a recording/ reproducing head, a switch B in the voltage changeover means 5 is turned on by the voltage changeover control part 6. Thus, the plunger 2 is impressed with the voltage VB from the plunger voltage source 3 to be operated. As a result, since the impressing voltage VB for drawing the plunger 2 at the time of recording/reproducing is smaller than the VA in the case of high speed erasing, the generating sound can be diminished.</p> |
