<p>PURPOSE:To simplify key operations by reducing the number of times for press ing keys required for menu selection when the maximum program number of a menu screen is over two digits. CONSTITUTION:In the menu selecting method for selecting a prescribed program from the menu screen by pressing ten keys by N times (N is an integer of >=1.), a timer starts counting time from the beginning for every time of pressing the ten keys, and when the count value exceeds a set value, it is defined as selection definite time. When the N is 1, the question of 'whether a second key number n2 is inputted within set time or not?' is turned to NO, and a definite frame is displayed on the program of the menu picture corresponding to n1. When the N is 2, the question of 'whether the second key number n2 is inputted within the set time or not?' is turned to YES, and the definite frame is displayed on the program of the menu screen corresponding to 10Xn1+n2. Subsequently, the same processing is executed. Thus, when the key number is '1'-'9', the selection is defined by pressing the key once, and when the key number is '10'-'99', the selection is defined by pressing the key twice.</p> |
