PURPOSE:To manufacture in a short time while remarkably improving insulating characteristics by so heating a component to be disposed with an insulating spacer of a mold as to be higher temperature than that of its periphery, then casing molding resin, and stopping heating of a position of the spacer before releasing from the molds. CONSTITUTION:A lower mold 7B is matched to an upper mold 7A in which a coil body 2 is disposed in a recess 9 by an insulating spacer 15, and both are fixed. Thereafter, molds 7 are heated to a suitable temperature by a platelike heater. An upper part of the spacer 15 is so heated as to become higher than the mold temperature. In this case, a local heater 11 is press bonded to the molds 7 to be heated. Then, the molds 7 are evacuated in vacuum, and liquidlike epoxy molding resin is cast. Before releasing from the molds, the heater 11 is separated from the molds 7, and the vicinity of the spacer 15 is smoothly naturally cooled. Thus, it can be manufactured in a short time while remarkably improving insulating characteristics. |
