PURPOSE:To make a contribution to traffic safety by having this device mounted by a user to his own clothing or body and spontaneously lighted or flickered, thereby improving the visibility of a warning display to drivers of vehicles, etc., over a wide range. CONSTITUTION:A display part body 1 is constituted by interposing luminous bodies 4 between front cloth 2 and rear cloth 3, then sewing and fixing the peripheral edges of the front cloth 2 and the waterproof rear cloth 3 to a superposed and piped state, thereby hermetically sealing the luminous bodies. The luminous bodies are formed by properly fixing plural high-brightness LEDs 9 in parallel on a flexible base plate and are lighted or flickered to emit light by operating the switch of a battery built on the front surface side in the night time via a protective sheet forming projecting parts in the parts covering the LEDs 9 and the projecting parts of the front cloth 2 corresponding to the projecting parts, thereby indicating the user's presence. Then, the display part body 1 curves and positions the luminous bodies in a 180 deg. direction along the shape of the part where the display part body is mounted if this display part body is wound and mounted around the cylindrical part, such as the user's arm part. The lighting or flickering light rays of the LEDs 9 are thus radiated in the back and forth direction and lateral direction of the user.
