PURPOSE:To decide optimum scheduling at low cost in a short time by using a computer when scheduling the production plan of production business. CONSTITUTION:A peculiar input condition and a target function are set to a relevant production process, and the initial value of an evaluation function to decide scheduling conditions required for achieving the target function from the input condition is temporarily set. When any similar experience in the past is stored, the initial value of the evaluation function is temporarily set to the best value. The input condition is allocated to the initial value of the evaluation function, and it is simulated whether each target function is achieved or not. When there is the target function not to be achieved, the evaluation function is corrected. Thus, the evaluation function to achieve all the target functions is decided by repeating try and error. This evaluation function is referred to as the best value in the case of scheduling on the similar conditions in the future by storing both the input condition and the target function. |
