摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain a strong and easy-to-machine carbon material for electrode having high film adhesion properties by making it contain a specific quantity or more of carbon where graphite occupies a specific quantity or more of the carbon. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire 2 is connected to one end face 1a of a carbon 1 and they are insulated with an insulating material 3. Subsequently, a film 4 exhibiting oxidation and reduction functions is formed on the other end face 1b of the carbon mainly by electrolytic oxidation polymerization. The material to be employed contains 99.0wt.% or more carbon where graphite occupies 50wt% or more of the carbon. When the graphite is contained less than 50wt%, adhesion properties of polymer film and organic film are deteriorated. When the content of carbon is less than 99.0wt%, impurities in the carbon cause deterioration of the characteristics of a sensor employing such carbon material. Since a thin carbon wire is obtained, various sensors can be miniaturized thus allowing measurement of small quantity specimen or implantation measurement to be realized. |
