PURPOSE:To improve the convenience of the user by devising it that a distribu ter (sender) of a conference paper material easily reads and confirms the mate rial. CONSTITUTION:A central arithmetic operation processing unit 2 at a sender side adds profile data to document information being a conference paper material and sends the resulting data, and a receiver side stores the profile data added to the document information of the received conference paper material to a magnetic disk device 21 corresponding to the document information and the document information is displayed on an LCD/TP (liquid crystal display/ touch panel) 22, and the receiver side records a fact of document information to be already read to the profile data on the magnetic disk 21 corresponding to the displayed document information and informs the read state stored in the magnetic disk 21 to an opposite terminal upon the receipt of a read confirmation request signal from the sender side. |
