<p>PURPOSE:To connect the corrugated pipes each of which possesses the excellent water sealing performance between a coupling and the corrugated pipe, permits the disposal independently of the outer peripheral shape of the trunk part of the corrugated pipe and has the dispersion in shape. CONSTITUTION:The projection part 2 of the floor part 1 of a RIM shaping mold K is attached on the inner wall at the edge in the longitudinal direction of a corrugated pipe C which has a nearly cylindrical shape and has projecting stripes, keeping a prescribed interval on the outer periphery of the trunk pare. The outer periphery of the trunk part of the corrugated pipe C is covered by the cylinder part 3 of the RIM shaping mold K. The RIM material R is poured into the gap between the corrugated pipe C and the shaping mold K, and the RIM material R is closely attached on the outer periphery of the trunk part of the corrugated pipe C by the RIM shaping. A flange part is formed at the edge in the longitudinal direction of the corrugated pipe by the RIM material R by forming the connection part with the floor part 1 of the cylinder part 3 to the larger diameter than other cylinder part 3.</p> |
