PURPOSE:To absorb the vibration over a wide range of frequencies with CONSTITUTION:An electromagnet 50 is attached to a lower mount 12. This electromagnetic 50 separates from the underside of a vibrating plate 24 as long as the specified length, and a part being opposed to this vibrating plate 24 serves as a pole. A passage 110 with an opening part 112 conformed to an interspace between the vibrating plate 24 and the electromagnet 50 is formed there. A terminal part 114 of this passage 110 is situated at a peripheral side of the lower mount 12. In addition, a diaphragm 120 is stuck to the peripheral side of the lower mount 12 so as to cover a periphery of the terminal part 114. Therefore, even if the temperature rises, atmospheric pressure in an interspace between the magnet 50 and the vibrating plate 24 will not go up at all owing to deformation in the diaphragm 120. |
