<p>PURPOSE:To so control an opening of a throttle valve as to become a target opening after correction by correcting the target opening of the valve in response to a drive duty of an AC generator. CONSTITUTION:The controller for an internal combustion engine comprises an AC generator 1 driven by the engine to generate an AC voltage, a storage battery 3 for supplying a field current to a field coil 1b of the generator 1, an output controller 4A for controlling the field current to be supplied from the battery 3 in response to the output of the generator 1, a throttle valve 6 provided in a main suction air passage 7 of the engine, and a throttle actuator 8 for controlling an opening of the valve 6 in response to a valve control signal 41 to be output from the controller 4A.</p> |
