PURPOSE:To provide the check issue machine which can easily and exactly perform management/confirmation by easily classifying checks by purposes and kinds for the management of receipt/payment and deposit with the issue of checks. CONSTITUTION:Received/paid amount data with the issue of checks and an item code such as a purpose code related to those data are inputted by an input means 9, the respective data of the check are stored in a storage means 4 and when collating and confirming the check, a collated code adding means 10 adds confirmed codes to the respective data. At the time of next collation, the operation of the check collation can be reduced. On the other hand, since a display means 8 displays or a printing means 71 prints the respective data and the confirmed codes and further an inputted data group is managed while being classified by item data, when confirming the check in the past again, it can be easily confirmed. |
