PURPOSE:To prevent electrolyte leackage from a terminal insertion hole of a rubber sealing body. CONSTITUTION:At the time of impregnating electrolyte into a capacitor element 10 having a pair of tab terminals 11, 11 drawn out in the same direction the electrolyte supplied from the anti-terminal drawing out side 10b of the same capacitor element 10 by means of a pressure type dispencer 40 so as to prevent the electrolyte from leaking to a round bar part 12a of the tab terminal 11.
