Oil and oil sludge separator from waste water

The sepn. assembly (1), esp. for the sepn. of oil sludge and oil from waste water and sewage, has the first cleaning section (1) as a bioreactor (2), where bacteria and microbes are cultivated and colonised.The bacteria and microbes consume mineral oils and/or detergents, in the bioreactor (2) directly before the sludge trap (12). The bioreactor (2) has a vol. of 5-10 times the max. waste water flow per hour. A large-pore dia. filter (7), of ceramics or plastics, is in the bioreactor (2), at the last one-third of the vol. flowing through. A heater and/or cooler (4,5) maintains the liq. temp. in the bioreactor (2). A unit (6) gives the liq. oxygen satn. in the bioreactor (2) through an immersed spray pump, which also generates an eddy in the liq..
