The shower tray (2) can be adjusted between a roughly horizontal position (A) for use and a vertical position when not in use, by means of adjustments (21). When not in use, the tray is parallel to the plane of the wall (C) determined by controls (71) for using the shower (1). The adjustments are in the form of levers, rails, pivot mountings and/or cams.The underside of the tray has support element adjustable in height.
