The ring consists of three separate components (1,2,3) bolted together when in use. One (1) of the three parts is made of rubber elastic material, and is joined to a second part (3) by a friction connection. The fastening unit (39) comprises a round bolt (3).The bracket (2) is made of a single piece of metal wire bent by more than 180 deg. and not closed. The housing is in the form of a closed ring with a central continuous hole (25), with a pocket (5,10) for the bolt in the housing positioned orthogonally to the direction of the hole.
