Functional monitoring and evaluating condensate trap and its associated pipework

Temp. sensors mounted before and after the condensate trap are connected to a circuit which evaluates the sensor signals. The circuit contains stored values for upper and lower temp. limits for both temp. sensors.The circuit indicates an error state when both temp. lie below their lower limits, indicating a blockage, or when the temp. after the trap is above its limit, indicating that the trap has blown through.
