The window or door frame (1) comprises a metal-reinforced plastic hollow profile (3), which has a rabbet air profile side comprising side rabbet arms (4, 5) with a flat base (6) located between. Profile grooves are arranged above the flat base and between the side rabbet arms profile grooves (7, 8).
