The cut-out has a male pin (2,4,5,8,9). A container holds a device to surround the male pin and has a locking mechanism to hold and release the pin. The container can have three holes on the face opposite the key entry for the lock. A central hole is adapted for an earth pin in the form of a female socket and two lateral holes to receive the power pins. The centre hole is for the locking mechanism.The lock consists of helicoidal loops that surround the pin. One end is fixed to the container and the other end with a rotating mechanism which is eccentric and its rotation is controlled by a key which reduces the diameter of the loop to grip the pin.
