The device is in two distinct sections (1,1') each having a groove (2) extending along their length and a bottom (3) of slightly smaller width than the thickness of the longitudinal edges (5) of the long plate (4). There are two side walls (6,7) which diverge in the direction of the groove opening (8). The width of these walls is slightly greater than the plate thickness.The two sections (1,1') are located such that the longitudinal edges (5) of the long plate (4) are secured by nipping in a groove of each section. Each groove (2) has a lateral wall (6) perpendicular to the bottom (3) and a side wall (7) inclined at an angle between 2 and 15 degrees.
