<p>The invention relates to medicine, in particular, to experimental ad clinical therapy an may be used for adaptogenic influence on a human organism subjected to extreme conditions or having gone through a serious illness. It is proposed to use synthetic amino acid DL-valine as an agent with adaptogenic activity. DL-valine, causing the state of nonspecifically heightened resistance of mammal's organism, in particular human organism, increases its mental and physical working capacity as well as normalizes its psychical activity. Its influence is also characterized by a significant increase of the immune protection of the organism, disappearance of some chronic inflammations, normalization of the metabolism and of the functional state of the liver, and of the cardiovascular system. The proposed agent easily synthetically obtained and functioning as a nutrition component of human food ration does not have any adverse side effect and may be widely used for prophylaxis as well as physical and psychical sanitation of the population.</p> |
